Explore Section 179 Finally, a reminder we are just passing the midway point of 2022, which means it’s time to finalize your Capital Expenditure budget for 2022 if you intend to take advantage of the Section 179 tax benefit this year.   The Section 179 deduction for 2022 is $1,080,000 (up from $1,050,000 in 2021).
